Kairat Boranbaev holds the position of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Kair-at football club since 2012. He participates di-rectly in planned development of youth football in the Republic of Kazakhstan and in formation of the infrastructure of the football club that meets high international standards.

Kairat Football Club Academy was opened in 2018 for training children as future pro-fessional football players. Some of them play already in the legendary Kairat and even for the national team of Kazakhstan. Chil-dren and Youth Academy of Kairat FC is a bang up to date sports base that meets all international standards and requirements: it has five equipped facilities and 16 football fields. Kairat Academy has more than 600 pupils from 9 regions of Kazakhstan: Astana, Pav-lodar, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Taraz, Shymkent, Karaganda, Aktau, Aktobe and Uralsk. The Kairat Football Club Academy aims at educating an educated, physically gifted and patriotic citizen of Kazahstan. All work at the Academy is carried out according to a uniform unique methodology and is con-trolled by a special program. The medical department of the Academy maintains a de-tailed medical log which contains case rec-ords, records of injuries and monitoring of the progress and dynamics of the recovery of football players. Eight highly qualified teachers teach pupils of Kairat Academy. Information of the upcoming competitive admissions is regularly posted on the web-site of Kairat football club. If the young football player has less physical and tech-nical and tactical aspects than his peers at the date of his admission, then he can be trained according to the methods of FC Kairat FC in the branches of Academy.
