Kairat Boranbayev is a member of the Board of Trustees of the UEFA Foundation for children (https://projets.uefafoundation.org/en/). This organization covers the whole world and gives disadvantaged children access to education, sports, teaches healthy life-styles, promotes integration into society and personal growth, as well as pays great attention to children safeguarding. Furthermore, Kairat Sovetayevich is the 2nd Vice-Chairman of the Fair Play and Social Responsibility Committee, whose activities are aimed at promoting equality, fair rules and ethical attitudes in interna-tional football.

On November 22, 2017, Kairat Boranbayev accepted a public position of a member of the Board of Trustees of the UEFA Foundation for Children, which supports humanitarian projects related to the children safeguarding in healthcare, education and integration. The Foundation creates programs and provides assistance to organizations aimed at the development and integration of children through football and other sports. Humanitarian aid is also a priority for the Foundation in special cases.

Kairat Boranbayev performing his public duties as a trustee of the UEFA Foundation for Children, participated in the opening of a football pitch in a Jordanian refugee camp in 2018 as part of a humanitarian mission. Kairat Boranbayev also accepted the public position of 2nd Vice-Chairman of the UEFA Fair Play and Social Respon-sibility Committee in July 2017. The Committee develops rules for fair play in inter-national and European matches, promotes ethics and mutual respect principals in football, and coordinates all issues of ethics, fair play and social responsibility of countries and teams belonging to the Eu-ropean Football League.
