A significant area of Kairat Boranbayev's charitable activity is support of Kazakhstan students' education through a study-abroad grant system.

Grants are awarded to students from Kazakhstan who are unable to pay their own education costs for a period of study from college until graduation. Upon graduation, students undergo compulsory internships at the Meiyrim RC. 26 students have received support to date.

Kairat and Sholpan Boranbayev are also honorary donors of UWC Dilijan College in Armenia. This is an international boarding school for 16- 18-year-old teenagers that opened in 2014 in Dilijan, one of 18 colleges in the United World Colleges (UWC) educational movement. Dilijan is open to candidates from any country in the world - there are currently 210 children from 82 countries and teachers from 16 countries. The UWC Dilijan campus was built at charitable expense, and more than 90 percent of students are educated via full or partial scholarships. The college main values are Diversity Celebration and Mutual Understanding Between Different Peoples and Cultures. One of the most important tasks of the college is to promote the educational environment development in the region. UWC Dilijan acts as an educational cluster, promoting the most advanced educational approaches in Armenia. UWC Dilijan adopts a local (global-local) approach. That means that the college tries to play an important role in global transformation by changing the local environment. UWC Dilijan strives to create an atmosphere of mutual understanding between different cultures.

Currently, Ailin Saparova and Arnur Sabet, two students from Kazakhstan, are studying at the college due to the financial support of the Boranbayev family.
