Today’s event began with a bright and solemn presentation of a congratulations letter on behalf of Ian Borden, President of Foundational Markets McDonald’s to Natalia Troetskaya, the restaurant director in Vitebsk, who was included in 1% of the best directors of 37,000 McDonald’s restaurants around the world and was awarded the prestigious award named after McDonald’s Corporation founder Ray Crock.
The opening of the workshop continued with a bright and energetic ceremony awarding the winners of McDonald’s Scholarship 2017, a motivational program to support employees successfully combining work in McDonald’s restaurants and studying at higher and secondary educational institutions. Following that there was a busy schedule with speeches from the company’s leaders who presented the goals for McDonald’s in Belarus for 2018. Moreover, the schedule included the foundations of strategic planning, as well as personal and professional development within the framework of an effective corporate culture.
Kairat Boranbayev – DL-Partner McDonald’s in Belarus congratulated all participants of the workshop and noted the importance of holding such events: “Such motivational meetings are very important for us – they allow us to objectively assess the situation, go in the right direction and constantly develop.
