Recently, Kairat Boranbayev, General Director of Almaly Asset Management Company LLP met with his team.
It was an informal “shirt-sleeve” meeting, where each employee had the opportunity to ask question, not only concerning workday life, but also personal. This practice was introduced recently in the company. Prior to that, all members of the Board of Directors answered the questions of employees and finally there was meeting with General Director.
“The most terrible thing for manager is to lose contact with people: unsynchronization starts, people lose their sense of purpose, so you have always to contact with my team,” considers Kairat Boranbayev, General Director. This is a kind of live contact with subordinates, which is significant because it makes the manager feel emotional state of the team.”
Meetings of general directors of enterprises with their employees will be the next stage.
